Please arrive with natural hair down, dry and detangled. Product is okay, but please avoid anything extremely heavy or stiff. Additional charge will be added on if extra detangling is required. Please add “extra detangling” service ahead of time if you know you need help with this, so we can both plan for additional time and charges accordingly.
